GPs must elect to participate in these workshops
by choosing one of the following options:
Option 1
- These workshops are available to GPs as an Active
Learning Module on the condition that a minimum of 2 workshops,
including completion of a pre-disposing and reinforcing
activity are undertaken. Throughout the triennium, GPs can
elect to choose any combination of workshops (dependant
on availability) in order to meet the minimum 6 hour requirement.
30 Category 1 Points will be awarded once the 2nd workshop
has been successfully completed.
N.B. Level 1 registered GPs who complete all components
of this 6 hour module will meet their 2005-2007 ongoing mental

Option 2
- These workshops are also available independently to
GPs as 2 point per hour (2pph) activities. GPs who elect
this option will not be eligible to complete the Educational
Health Solutions - Mental Health ALM, nor will it contribute
towards Mental Health CPD points.
