  About Us

‘SPHERE: a national mental health project’ is coordinated, promoted and staffed by Educational Health Solutions (EHS). We are an Australian owned and run company, based in Melbourne, with an additional branch in Sydney.

The objective of EHS is to be a highly regarded and sought after provider of quality and relevant health-related education to the Australian community, with a particular emphasis on programs which support the continuing professional development of General Practitioners.

In order to address the ever increasing problem of mental health disorders in the Australian community, EHS has dedicated its cause to empower GPs and the community with the knowledge and skills to identify, treat and manage patients who suffer from mental health disorders.

Over the past 5 years, EHS has established itself as a primary provider of GP education and support materials/resources that is relevant to both the professionals we service, as well as the community of mental health consumers, carers and support groups.

All of our support materials are produced and owned by EHS and are continually being developed and updated in order to adapt to the ever-changing context of information and data that surrounds mental health in the Australian community today.

Our educational programs and support materials aim to provide the community with information that is user-friendly and adaptable to a range of sub-sectors which ultimately empower individuals to promote behaviour change.

With depression and anxiety as our primary focus, we explore these disorders in a range of contexts including women’s health, young people, older people, medically-ill, persistent/chronic pain and cognitive-behavioural therapy.

As part of our outlook for the future, our focus will primarily be to broaden our reach into the community through expanding our range of mental health topics and addressing new and upcoming mental health challenges that are prevalent in today’s society.
